SHIPPING TO THE CARIBBEAN AND SOUTH AMERICA
Bon Trade Intl. Corp. has moved freight from Miami to Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten since 1984. Whether you’re shipping a single box or a full container, we get it there reliably, on schedule, every week.
As a licensed N.V.O.C.C. (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) and freight forwarder, Bon Trade consolidates cargo from across the U.S., Canada, and beyond, then ships it out of our Doral, Florida warehouse on a dependable weekly schedule. Vessels depart every Friday for Aruba and Curaçao, with regular service to Sint Maarten and other Leeward and Windward islands.
New to Bon Trade? Fill out our Registration form to create your customer profile — it’s the first step for any first-time shipper. Once registered, you’ll receive an invitation to track your cargo through the Magaya Cargo System (MCS) starting with your very first shipment.

Visit our Registration page and fill out the form. This creates your customer profile with us — be sure to use the correct name (yours or your company’s) when registering. This information will assure clear communication and expedited shipping of your order, which may otherwise be delayed.
Vessels depart every Friday. If your cargo arrives at our Miami warehouse before the weekly cutoff, along with the appropriate invoice, it ships out that same week. The cutoff for Aruba and Curacao is end-of day Tuesday to Friday for Sint Maarten to sail the following week. Cargo must arrive with invoice to be manifested.

This is most often due to an attempt to deliver damaged cargo. Our commitment is to protect your interest. Cargo can get damaged at any point due to poor handling, improper packing, and many other reasons. If the order is larger than 4 pallets, we require an appointment to avoid long delays, which can incur additional charges no one wants to be responsible for. By scheduling the delivery with an appointment, we can prevent this from happening.
In many cases, yes — subject to carrier rules and the vessel master’s determination for that voyage. Contact us with the details of your shipment and we’ll confirm.
Most consumer goods that are categorized as hazardous are considered “limited quantity” hazards and accepted. Major hazards will depend on the type of hazards. And some hazards, such as oxidizers, cannot be accepted since the carriers will not accept it on their ship. Another common exception are EV’s and hybrid vehicles with recalls and accident history.
