Title: Vehicle Export Coordinator
Job Description:
- Facilitate domestic inland transportation of export vehicles across all 48 contiguous states.
- Determine and confirm logistics for both loose and containerized vehicle shipments destined for the Caribbean and South America, using prior experience.
- Regulate the maintenance of system operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to U.S. Customs.
- Administer billing and accounting responsibilities for both loose vehicles and container shipments while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide diligent support and address inquiries from customers.
- Offer specialized support in generating precise quotations for clients interested in vehicle exportation.
