Welcome to www.bontrade.com (the “Website”, “Site” or “Blog”). How to exercise your California rights.  You may exercise your California privacy rights described above as follows:

• Right to information, access and deletion. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.  We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others in accordance with the CCPA. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Children (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect information about children under age 13 through the Service.  If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it. We aim to comply with the COPPA.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. • Users can visit our site anonymously.
• Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website.
• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.
