Start by contacting our team with your vehicle’s details (make, model, VIN) and where it’s currently located. We’ll guide you through the steps, arrange inland transport if needed, and handle the required export documentation and customs coordination.

You’ll need:

• • The original vehicle title (free of liens)
  • A valid ID
  • A signed Power of Attorney (so we can present documents on your behalf)

Note: We’ll also prepare the required Export Declaration (EEI) and obtain a Letter of Intent from the shipping carrier. These documents are submitted to U.S. Customs for validation before the vehicle is cleared for export.

The most common issues are:

• Liens or loans still on the vehicle (Customs will not allow export without lienholder consent)
• Missing or improper paperwork (like an unsigned title, incorrectly endorsed title, etc.)
• Unauthorized representation (if someone isn’t properly authorized to act for the owner)

Yes! We offer nationwide vehicle pickup services across the continental U.S. We can arrange door-to-port transport from anywhere in the country to South Florida for export.

Transit time varies by destination. For Aruba and Curaçao, sailing time is typically 4 to 7 days once the ship departs. Customs processing and scheduling usually take 3 to 5 business days before sailing.

Yes. We offer optional marine cargo insurance that covers your vehicle against loss or damage during transit. It’s an affordable way to protect your investment and gain peace of mind.

Note: New and used vehicles can be insured “all risk” with a 3% (minimum $ 250) deductible. Salvage vehicles can only be insured for a total loss.
